By using Obsidian Property Management websites and services, you agree to these terms. Estimates generated online (including AI-assisted drafts) are approximate until confirmed by our team.

Scheduling requests are subject to availability. Payments are processed by our payment provider; completed payments may be non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Service work is performed according to the confirmed scope, site conditions, and any written change orders. Serving Greater Savannah and Coastal South Carolina.
